Why Is Acne No More The Best Selling Holistic Acne Book In Internet History, With Thousands Of Satisfied (And Now Acne Free) Users In 131 Countries Worldwide?

Acne No More is the #1 best selling acne ebook in the history of the Internet for a reason…

Thousands of women and men of every age have completely cured their acne condition and achieved lasting clear skin naturally, without drugs, over the counters, creams or “magic potions,” simply by using the clinically proven, scientifically-accurate step by step method found inside this amazing acne freedom guidebook.

Mike Walden, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another “acne cure program” into an already over-saturated market. Mike’s Acne No More can be more accurately described as an “Acne Bible.” It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to acne freedom you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other clear skin publications on the market?

Well first of all, it’s not just a “acne relief” or “skin care” program, it’s a holistic acne cure program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you’ve read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing “acne relief” is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you’ve failed to stop and maintain your ‘acne free internal environment’. Acne No More shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

Secondly, what makes Acne No More different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to achieve permanent freedom from acne symptoms and from hormonal and toxic overload disorders. Acne No More not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about acne, blackheads, and hormonal health and inner balance ever written.

The Acne No More book is quite extensive (223 pages of rock solid content) which focuses on 100% natural acne treatment. That means there aren’t recommendations for harsh prescription drugs with nasty side effects. In Acne No More core formula section (The 5 pillars) – Nothing is held back. In this section, Mike gives a detailed overview of each step, and then dives into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it.

Because the Acne No More program is not a quick fix ‘fairy tale’ cure but a complete holistic solution aimed at eliminating the root cause of acne and digestive disorders (regardless of their severity) and ensure your will permanently be acne-free, it does take work and persistence to complete. “The dictionary is the only place success comes before work” says Mike, as he emphasizes the “no quick fix” philosophy behind the entire book.

If there is any drawback to the Acne No More ebook, it’s that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of acne program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Who will benefit most from Acne No More?

In the broadest sense, anyone and everyone who needs to cure their acne and regain their natural inner balance will benefit from Acne No More. This ebook is honestly for everyone. Even people without acne. This is a total health rejuvenation program better than 98% of the nutrition and alternative health books on the market.

In terms of graphic design, Acne No More is a clean and professionally formatted PDF e-book. It is well organized and ideal for printing and reading in the comfort of your own home.

This impressive and unique publication has changed many lives and the hundreds of inspiring testimonials and success stories are found on the Acne No More website archives as proof.

The Bottom line?

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to acne, anyone looking to be told fairy-tales, and anyone looking for a “magic bullet”, acne pills, over the counters, ‘acne freedom in 3 days’ hyped up programs should not waste his or her time with Acne No More.

On the other hand, anyone searching for the truth about acne and his natural inner balance and who is ready and willing to put in some work and make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve acne freedom, will find Acne No More to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives. Chin acne is a skin condition that is signified by the appearance of hideous looking pimples on the chin. Like acne in any other parts of the body, chin acne is caused by too much toxin in the body that blocks the pores in the skin.

Chin acne is by no means an untreatable condition. However, there are several misconceptions amongst the people about how to cure chin acne. Below are several chin acne myths that you need to know before getting chin acne treatments.

Myth #1: Eating Certain Foods Can Cause Acne

Some people believe that eating certain foods, such as chocolate, peanuts or fast foods, can cause acne breakouts. This isn’t entirely true. It is more accurate to say that eating too much of unhealthy foods can help cause chin acne to develop.

Tip: Eating a bar of chocolate today won’t make you suddenly grow a pimple tomorrow. Still, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t maintain a healthy diet! Fruits and vegetables are a great source of nutrients, and they help keep your skin fresh and clear.

Myth #2: Popping Acne Will Make Them Disappear.

One of the most common way people try to cure chin acne is by popping them. This is a wrong idea that can actually make the condition worse. When you pop out your acne, the dirt in your nails or fingers may infect the area and irritate it. It may also leave some ugly-looking scar.

Tip: It is better to leave chin acne alone to heal. If you must pop it, make sure that your fingers and face are clean.

Myth #3: Tanning Can Cure Chin Acne

This is not true. Tanning does nothing to cure chin acne. In fact, if done improperly, tanning may cause further irritation to the skin.

Tip: To cure acne, use a more holistic approach. Eat right and exercise regularly, and chin acne is sure to disappear.

I am hoping this could be my miracle cure for acne since everything else has failed.

Before you try blue light I think you should know that it’s best to combine it with other treatments, since research has shown that it can diminish up to 60 percent of acne. But if you combine it with something that diminishes the other 40 percent than you can get control over it. This is from an article that will tell you more, hope it helps:

"Blue light therapy for acne can reduce up to 60 percent (!!) of your acne. That’s a fact that has already been scientifically proven. If you combine blue light therapy with traditional treatments, such as prescription creams and antibiotics, you can keep your acne completely under control. The best thing about it is that it’s a natural treatment that basically kills Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes), the bacterium that causes acne inflammation. It’s also completely painless.

New technology devices combine blue light with red light – Which If you combine the blue lights that kill bacteria with red lights, which help reduce inflammation and improve healing.

These therapies can also improve skin texture and lessen the appearance of scars, so they may be good treatment choices for people with both active acne and acne scars.

How Does Blue Light Therapy Work and is it Proven Scientifically?

To put it simply, it has been proven that blue light therapy for acne – in the 405nm-420nm spectrum – actually kills Propionibacterium Acnes (P. acnes) bacteria. P. acnes bacteria create tiny molecules called porphryins. When porphyrins are exposed to blue light they produce free radicals that kill the bacteria that cause inflammatory acne. It sounds quite complex, but it’s a wonderfully simple solution.

In 2000 an independent research study performed by the Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine at Hammersmith Hospital in London determined “We have found that photo therapy with mixed blue-red light, probably by combining antibacterial and anti-inflammatory actions, is an effective means of treating acne vulgaris of mid to moderate severity, with no significant short-term adverse effects”. (Data from Pubmed.gov)

Remember: P. acnes multiply very fast, so ongoing treatment is necessary for best results.

I have mild to severe acne and I’ve tried everything for it. I currently have several very red, very inflamed, and very painful pimples on my face. I’m looking for a cheap, homemade spot treatment that will help reduce the swelling and redness.
I also don’t want to dry my skin out

you should try a green tea facial wash. Green tea is packed with anti-oxidents that will help nourish and pack minerals into your skin, this will also make you face less inflamed. Soak 2 green tea bags in a bowl or hot water. (approx. 2 cups.) chill it over night and the next morning, use a cotten pad to gently cleanse your face with the mixture. For specifically spot cleaning treatments, try honey, and cinnamon (approx. 2 parts to 1 part) and apply to the blemishes. Leave until dry or overnight and scrub off the following morning. The best though, is to use a store bought spot treatment. Try looking for a formula with benzoyl peroxide because salicylic acid WILL dry out your face. clean and clear acne treatments work fast and well, and only a few bucks. Good luck!

What are your thoughts an opinions on the Baby Quasar Blue Light?
An should I ditch Retin-a for this Blue Light system?
Thanks guys

The Baby Quasar is a good product if you are treating very small areas, as the head of the product is very small itself. So if you have acne in multiple places on your face or body, it will take a very long time to treat each individual spot.

Instead, we highly recommend the BlueMD by Trophy Skin – http://www.trophyskin.com

This is a much more powerful home use device, its cheaper, and its hands free. That means you can cover the entire face in one session, without having to hold it or move it around. Plus it has both red and blue light, the combination light has been proven to reduce acne a lot faster. And the red light helps to heal acne scars as well.

Hope that helps!

I have a vitamin D deficiency so i started taking a tablet everyday and my mild acne I’ve had for 10 years has gone, is this because of the vitamin D do you think? and why?

Im 26 and still have mild acne. Im on a strict low carb diet so I dont do any sugar whatsoever. My only two thoughts now is vitamins or giving up dairy (which would be hard on a low carb diet). I do drink tons of water. Ive thought about tanning but I really dont want to harm my skin. What has or hasnt worked for you????

I’m 26 too and have finally just figured out my acne issues :) here’s some tips I’ve learned -

-Yes dairy may be your culprit! If you can’t give it up completely just yet, try reducing how much you eat and gradually replace it with dairy alternatives (almond milk is quite tasty). Dairy naturally contains hormones, so eating large amounts of it will affect your own hormones, which of course cause problems like acne (and PMS and bloating and mood swings and…)
-Multivitamins may seem like a great help but in truth they are extremely hard for your body to break down properly. Most are made with elemental sources so it’s like eating a rock and expecting to gain nutrition from it. They are really only good for making big companies rich. The only good brands are the ones that are crazy expensive, but don’t bother. The best option is to try to get everything you need from your diet instead. I personally use fitday.com to track my diet and make sure I’m getting everything I need, it does all the math for you and its easy to figure out what you are missing. You should be getting at least the minimum requirement of vitamins A, B, C, D, E, zinc, and iron. If you are on a low carb diet, I’m guessing you need more vitamin B ;)
-Don’t wash your face too often. Once a day is enough, the more you wash it, the more your skin will react by producing more oils to replace what has just been lost. Most people who claim to have oily skin actually just overwash it, which will make it oily. Use mild, preferably natural, products that are chemical free (no parabens, SLS, etc) same goes for all skin products. I use dead sea mud soap, but have also heard great things about black African soap
-Always moisturize. This replaces the moisture you’ve just stripped off your face when you wash it, and will prevent your skin producing too much oil. If you have dry skin, coconut oil works great. If you are afraid it will be too heavy for you, aloe vera gel will also work, just make sure it’s a good quality one (aka, not drug store brand)
-Get enough sleep. Your body repairs itself at night so lack of sleep results in all kinds of problems. It also helps you deal with stress properly, another cause of break outs
-Make sure you are ‘regular’. Acne is often connected to colon health
-If all else fails, a good liver cleanse will sometimes do the trick. You don’t have to spend a ton of money on them though (another money grab). Check out the one in the link below, it will cost you $3 and 24 hours ;)

I’m interested in buying some type of multi-vitamin pill thats good for acne, and is generally good for you, because I feel I don’t eat enough due to school, work, and lack of money. So any suggestions?

Acne is caused by a bacteria, like the person above me vitamins wont have much effect on acne. Try and keep clean skin or if its really bad go and see your doctor.

My name is Lis i Have blonde hair blue eyes and im 5,8 (with no heels or shoes) But i have acne when i but cover up on you cant notice it that much but you can still see it. please help

yes you can and as for trying to get rid of the acne I suggest using proactive or a deep facial cleanser. Most everyone gets acne so if they weren’t going to hire people with acne there wouldnt be too many models out there so just use makeup to cover it up! Hope i helped!
